I came to Lefteris after several other defense attorneys told me that my situation was hopeless. Lefteris worked a miracle on my behalf - no exaggeration. He saved my career, he saved my retirement, he saved my ability to earn a living, and he kept me out of jail. When I came to him with my problems (4 pending felony and 3 pending misdemeanor charges), he didn't sugarcoat anything. At every step along the way, he made sure I understood that my case was a long-shot, and that I shouldn't expect a positive outcome.. but he plead my case and he convinced the magistrate to continue my charges (effectively suspending the charges without any formal judicial record as long as I don't wind up in legal trouble again within the next year). Simply put, Lefteris kept my mistake from completely derailing my life. I can't recommend him highly enough - not just because he's incredibly knowledgeable and he succeeded, but because of how he treated me. Every time I spoke with Lefteris I felt like he understood how important this issue was for me, and that he had my back. When I got nervous before the hearing, he steadied my nerves. After the hearing, he translated what the magistrate said into what the magistrate actually meant. Having him in my corner through this whole process was an enormous relief, and I would recommend him to anyone who needed a truly great criminal defense attorney. I've used Lefteris both professionally and personally for various legal representation. Aggressive and qualified he handles every case like it is the only one that he has. Attorney Lefteris Travayiakis was appointed to represent Jason in a first degree murder charge. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely professional and kept everyone involved with Jason fully aware of all the teps and procedures that occurred from the arraignment up until trial. Anytime a question arose, he would respond immediately on his personal cell phone. When trial finally came, he made this stressful and emotional period more easy to experience. Attorney Travayiakis did an extended amount of research and went above and beyond in preparation to defend these charges. As we all sat imaptietenly waiting for the verdict, he was right there by our sides comforting us and encouraging us that everything would be ok. The jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict on Murder in the 1st and 2nd degree and illegal possession of a firearm. I cannot tell you how happy we are that our family is back together.
