The client, a Juvenile, was charged with the Massachusetts Sex Crimes of Statutory Rape and Indecent Assault & Battery on a Child Under 14.

When the girl went to school the following week, she told her friends that the boy had touched her breasts, as well as her vagina – and that she believed that he penetrated her slightly.
Word got around at school…school counselors and eventually the principal got wind of what had allegedly occurred, and eventually the police were called. The girl now suddenly claimed that she was sexually assaulted and digitally raped.
Weighing whether to fight these accusations and risk a Massachusetts Sex Crimes conviction, a plea deal was negotiated where the Felony Sex Crimes Charges of Statutory Rape and Indecent Assault & Battery on a Child Under 14 were dropped, and the Juvenile pled to two misdemeanor offenses of simple Assault & Battery.
