Commonwealth v. A Juvenile, Worcester County, Statutory Rape, A&B on Child Under 14

The client, a Juvenile, was charged with the Massachusetts Sex Crimes of Statutory Rape and Indecent Assault & Battery on a Child Under 14.

When the girl went to school the following week, she told her friends that the boy had touched her breasts, as well as her vagina – and that she believed that he penetrated her slightly.
